Pistachio Cake by Doris green for the irish Holiday -family cookbook

1 Duncan Hines Swiss Chocolate cake mix
3 small boxes of pistachio pudding mix
4 cups milk
1/2 cup oil, 16 oz container of cool whip
Mix cake mix with 1/2 cup oil, \ it
will be a little thick like brownies.
put in 9 x 13 pan
Cook 350 for 25 minutes
let cool
Mix boxes of pistachio pudding with 4 cups milk
cover the cake with this mixture( or store seperate in refrig.
add cool whip to top. ( Should take about 3/4 of container.
Keep cool
I made cake. I kept pudding and whipped cream seperate until time of
use. It stores better.
