Family Reunion Meat Dish... Kitchen Sink Meatballs

This was good and I think a great easy recipe
This serves 60 people so you could cut in half
Gather your supplies and go. I use a large 18 qt cooker
10 lbs frozen meat balls
(I had a person rave to me how much better
this was than the frozen meatballs. I think cooked well with all the
ingredients you can not tell the meatballs are frozen. I did not tell him.)
18 qt cooker
10 lbs frozen meat balls( from a supplier like gordons)
1/2 Cup Teriyaki Marinade
1/2 cup garlic... jar of ground liquid (to taste could even use 1 cup)
3 tbsp oriental spice
5 jars sweet baby Rays BBQ Sauce
3 cups grape jam, 1 cup garlic (or 1/2 cup to taste)
5 tbsp Big and Bold Molasses
4 Tbls spicy mustard
2 Bottles chili sauce
1 can beef broth (I think this does add to the favorite)
1 can chicken broth (Or two beef if you desire)
1 bottle frenches dressing
1 can chunked pineapple, 1 can crushed pineapple
2 cups orange juice
You see add the spice and then the sweet

Start cooker on medium high. Place 5 lb pkg of meatballs in cooker.
With a large bowl mix garlic, bbq sauce, spice,
teriyaki marinade, with molasses, mustard, chili sauce
Add in grape jam and mix again

Next in seperate bowl
Mix broth and the whole cans or pineapple
cups of orange juice and frenches dressing.
Do not drain pineapple.

Pour half of each bowl over 1st layer.
Add 2nd bag of 5 lbs of meat balls.
Add other half.
Stir up and start on medium heat.
As it starts to cook, stir every few minutes.
It should be getting hot in 25 to 30 minutes.
Turn down and cook on low for about 3 hrs.
It is good in 2 more hrs but in 3 hrs it is a little thicker and better
Keep on low for party. ...
Get for freezing also.
